The apartment is located several blocks away from restaurants, grocery stores, bars, brewery and a park. University heights is a peaceful and safe place to live. The neighborhood is well maintained. The apartment is located right next to 163 north and south freeway. The 8 freeway is also very close. The beach and downtown is only a short 10-15 minute drive. The apartment is one mile away to the hillcest farmers market. The apartment comes with washer, dryer, AC/heater, microwave, dish washer as fireplace. The apartment has vaulted ceilings which makes the apartment feel spacious. There is a balcony that you can view the sunsets. The apartment is decorated for Christmas but the decor will slightly change once Christmas is over. No pets unfortunately. Street parking. The apartment is gated and the unit is on the second floor. Looking for only a female roommate. Must be able to clear background check and credit check. Must be able to submit pay stubs. Rent is $850.00 plus $850.00 for the deposit. WiFi and electricity is around $100 plus a month (varies).
