clean deed. Taxes up to date. No roof leaks. Needs a lot of work. The 2 rooms with carpet are soft and sunken in and need floor joists replaced. Old electrical, no hvac, plaster walls, septic backs up when it rains a lot, currently no stairs going to 2nd story just a ladder. Plumbing will need redone. There’s some holes in the siding from hail. Exterior walls have blown in cellulose insulation, downstairs has insulated dropped drywall ceiling. I am selling because I am overwhelmed I have another house to fix and have a business to run and bought property in tennessee.
