I am a current resident of Unit #37 at Lake Ridge Apartments, which is a part of Edinboro Apartment Rentals. The complex has a washer and dryer on site. A few residents have dogs and cats but I did not find them to be a nuisance. Parking and waste disposal are hassle free. The unit has a thermostat for heating and a spot in the corner for a window mounted AC. I never had an issue with air quality in the summer or winter, and the maintenance crew was always extremely professional.
