This lovely home is nestled into a quiet neighborhood, but is just a short distance from all types of shopping, the Capitol, both hospitals as well as FSU and FAMU. The home has hardwood floors, loads of storage space, a large fenced backyard with lots of privacy and comfort. Photos do not adequately show how great this property is! Owner is responsible for HVAC system maintenance, pest control, plumbing as well as other problem (not caused by tenant) that may occur. The size of the pet is negotiable and the pet deposit will reflect that. A 12 month lease is preferred, but we will also negotiate any time between 3 - 12 months.
