This is a beautiful, unfurnished one-bedroom apartment located between Melrose and Beverly, and Fairfax and La Brea. It has wooden floors, gets great living room light, and has a pleasing view of trees and flowers out of the large living room window. As I write now, I hear birds chirping and feel the cool breeze of the early evening. The apartment is an easy ten-minute walk from the Farmers' Market and The Grove. Fairfax Blvd. Fairfax and La Brea with their diverse shops, are nearby. There are a lot of restaurants within a two-mile radius of the apartment. The Pan Pacific Park is just two blocks away, and there's a nice little library on Gardner St., and a pool about a five-minute walk away. (The floors have just been sanded and varnished, and the apartment has a fresh coat of paint.) Sorry, no pets are allowed in the building, and there's only street parking. This is not a problem, though, because the block north of the apartment is an area of houses To move in, I don't require a last month's rent: only first month and the security deposit. Feel free to text--my cell phone often doesn't seem to receive calls in my apartment;; it works when I'm outside of it. Also email or try landline three two three- six five eight--seven three three two
