Ceramic tile through out. Most of the interior walls and ceilings have been re-painted over last few years. Nice size backyard. One nice feature is there is enough room on the side to move a boat or camper into backyard with ease. Needs some work here and there, but nothing major or structural required. The air conditioning unit is a high sear heat pump that was installed 4-1/2 years ago, has variable speed fan that can be set to run always to maintain even temp even when compressor isn't on. Also there are periodic swimhops which are open to kids even if you are not a member. This area didn't flood during Katrina. There are no pine trees in this yard. City Water and Sewer.
