Although one year leases may be considered we are not looking for a short term rental, but prefer people whose lives are stable enough to commit to a two year lease ending in May 2024. One small to medium size dog (35 pounds max.) is negotiable with additional pet deposit and pet rent. Cats are not accepted. A credit score of 700, annual income above $60,000 after debt service and good references are expected. The monthly rent is $1,395 but we will discount that to $1,325 for active duty military, civilians with security clearance, first responders, KMC medical staff, and seniors 50 years or above.
