Lease begins on 9/09/2022; date ready for move-in is 9/15 (some flexibility). This apartment was renovated with new appliances (gas range stove, stainless steel appliances in kitchen, and new washer/dryer in unit) and hard flooring in the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The kitchen and bathrooms have granite counter tops, kitchen has a breakfast bar. This unit is quite with beautiful nature view outside the patio and bedroom. The property has two pools, is pet friendly (up to two pets-cats or dogs), walking trails, gym and computer center, valet trash pick-up Sunday-Thursdays. I love this apartment and will be sad to go! Application process is done through the complex office with a one time non-refundable application fee of 50 dollars per adult occupant This is for someone to take over the remainder of my lease (I re-signed for a year, but am moving for work). The 12-months begin on 9/09/2022. The lease amount includes valet trash service, does not include water/sewage(usually 20-30 bucks per month). Renter will need renters insurance, set up electric and gas. My average for gas was 20-30 per months and 50 for electric. This community has Verizon Fios or Xfinity. I have the unit already wired for Verizon Fios.
