5.27 Acres in the tall Ponderosa Pines to build your Mountain Retreat. This is in Unit 1 where Verizon cell service is still good and there are many more Pines. Water, power and phone available. You will need to install an alternative septic system. Site built homes only (no pre-manufactured home, no camping). Minimum build is 1500 square feet with at least 1250 square feet of that livable on the ground floor. Horses welcome to ride the trails into the forest and you can build a barn too!! This is really a great price for a wonderful lot, up where it is much cooler around 6800 ft elevation.
