Modern, two floors, new washer and dryer, hard wood floors, spacious rooms, two rooms on the second floor with mini balconies. The price (~$733 per person) also includes one parking spot (we can figure out how to split that!) Also, street parking available around the area. I'm a rising third year medical student looking for two(preferably female but not a deal breaker) young professionals or students to live with! I really like this place but having a hard time finding roommates since a lot of ppl are already settled by now. Im currently not living there so I don't have pictures but I can text the agent and we can go see the place together asap!
