Lots of storage space with a walk in closet as well as a small shed-like space on the balcony. Laundry is located in the bathroom. Renter pays all utilities, landlord does trash and lawn. One dog is allowed at any size for no extra fee. This is a smoke-free unit. I am just the current tenant. My landlord will do background check and application, but I will be the one to contact.
