The Koreshan State Park Boat Ramp is a 5-minute drive from the house. It launches into the Estero River which leads to Estero Bay and the Gulf. The boat ride (ramp to Gulf) takes about 20 minutes. Several Gopher tortoises live on the property and song birds, owls, and other wildlife share the wooded land.
