Our home sits on nearly 5 acres in Mt Hood Parkdale. We've invested a lot of time and money over the past five years to make it a special place. We worked with our neighbors to take down a huge stand of cottonwood trees to open up the amazing view of Mt. Hood. We doubled the lawn size and installed new sprinklers. We it out about 100 days a year and that more than covers the mortgage and expenses.
