I am a single 36-year-old woman with a hybrid job sometimes working from home and sometimes working in the Honolulu office. On the weekends I hike, SUP, kayak, swim, and hang out at the beach. Rent for the room is $1,425 (utilities included as well as shared cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and paper towels). A deposit of $1,425 will be required at move-in. There is laundry on site, ample parking (in garage, driveway, and in front of the house), there is a bonus space that is used as my office or as a guest room when friends and family visit. The room I'm looking to rent out is 11 ft 7 inches by 10 ft. and the closet length is 6 ft 7 inches. There are 6 outlets in the room and a ceiling fan. The room can come unfurnished or furnished with a queen bedframe, mattress, bedding, pillows, night stand and small dresser. I have all the furniture in the main part of the house. The landlords just finished a huge remodel so the electric, plumbing, and all interior walls are brand new (including insulation in the walls!). There is a small yard, a view of Kaneohe Bay, and water access to put in kayaks or SUPs from the driveway. I would like to start with a 4 month lease starting Sept 1 through end of 2025 with the option to extend if agreed to.
