aloha all i am hoping to rent my room (to one person) in Kaneohe month-to month (up to 6mo, or 12mo depending on what you're looking for)! i will be traveling, so i will be leaving my cat in the home. my current roomie will be caring for my cat~ whoever moves in MUST LOVE CATS. i am expecting whoever moves in to be considerate of my sweet one-eyed fur baby. rent will be $1,500/mo which includes the furnished room, electricity, water, trash, wifi, tv & streaming services. room includes~ queen bed, nightstand, desk, desk chair & small dresser in closet. ideal candidate won't have a car, as there is no parking spot provided. there is street parking about 1/4mi away, if need be. must be LGBTQ+ friendly approximate move-in date is December 1st please let me know if you feel like this will be a good fit for you! mahalo nui loa month to month, up to 6 months
