Kaneohe Basement Studio Available 11/15/20. This unfurnished studio is 450 sq. ft. In it is a full bathroom and a full kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, sink). It is in the basement of our home but has a completely separate entrance. There is plenty of street parking. Rent includes utilities (water, electricity, cable, internet/WiFi). Rent is for single occupancy, which is preferred. We will consider pets on a case by case basis. The house is very close to H3, Likelike Hwy, Windward Community College, shops, and schools. While it is a simple studio in an older Kaneohe home, it is peaceful and safe. There is no smoking (tobacco or otherwise) on the property, as well as no late night parties.
