Newly renovated , This is a wonderful little mom and Pope Apartment house been in the family for many years. We have a dozen units upstairs and on the main floor we have a really friendly little pub. Oh it's pretty small but it's kind of like cheers. Everybody knows each other in the summertime. We have an outside patio bar and we have live music and it's winding down now usually by the end of October that's over we are walking distance to a nice little pizza shop a deli, a sub shop three or four pubs walking distance. The dockside has a great menu walking distance to Family Dollar. It's a the parking is free. The utilities are free. Trash removal is free. It's just one price for everything and I just did the apartment over. It's a pretty decent clean and I would hope you would like it. Owner pays for everything all your utilities are free electric heat air-conditioning Trash parking. It's a pretty good deal for 965 a month you get everything and it's we've been in the business a long, long time.
