PET POLICIES In regards to restricted pet breeds and species; - Restricted Dog Breeds Include: Pit Bulls (American Staffordshire, Bull Terriers, or English Staffordshire Bull Terriers), Rottweilers, Doberman Pinchers, Chows, Cane Corso, or any mix thereof of the aforementioned breeds. - Restrictions extend to other dogs that demonstrate a propensity for dominant or aggressive behavior as indicated by any of the following types of conduct; (1) Unprovoked barking, growling, or snarling at people approaching the animal; (2) Biting or scratching people; (3) Escaping confinement or restriction to chase people. - Birds of prey are not permitted. - Reptiles and other exotic animals are not permitted. - Rodents other than hamsters, gerbils, Guinea pigs, white rats are not considered "common household pets". In regards to requirements for household pets; - All cats and dogs must be spayed or neutered. - Cats must be declawed or provided a surface/toy designated for scratching and claw maintenance. - Pets requiring tanks or aquariums must be kept in the appropriate tank or aquarium. - Tanks and aquariums may not exceed a capacity of 35 gallons. In regards to the number of pets limited to each household; - For the purpose of calculating pet fees, rent, and number of pets, ONE (1) dog, cat, cage, aquarium or tank, shall count as ONE (1) pet toward the maximum household limit of TWO (2) pets. - For the purpose of calculating pet fees, rent, and number of pets, TWO (2) birds shall count as ONE (1) pet toward the maximum household limit of ONE (1) pets. No more than TWO (2) birds are permitted per household. PARKING POLICIES - Resident parking is first-come, first-served and is not designated by household. - If the leased unit includes a garage, parking outside of the garage door is prohibited. SMOKING POLICIES - Smoking of tobacco or any other legal substance is not allowed anywhere in the common areas, in any building, or in an apartment or balcony.
