There is electric baseboard heat to keep you cozy and warm. There is a washer and dryer in unit as well. There is a ski closet just outside the front door. The free shuttle bus to downtown Fraser or Winter Park ski areas stops at the entrance to the condo parking lot 100ft away. This location is just 5 minutes from downtown Winter Park and all it has to offer, and just minutes from world class nordic skiing as well as tubing hills and hiking galore! All fees are included in the rent including water, heat, electric, trash, recycling, wifi & cable! This is NON-Smoking unit! Linens and Towels can be provided as well for a cost if needed. This condo is currently available for October, November, December, January, February, March, April and May. Minimum stay is 2 months, would prefer 4 or more months, let me know what you are thinking.
