New paint and new bath/shower in January of 2017. Management problems internal to HOA, their corporation was voided by State due to not filing properly and the new Corporation did not divulge what had happened. It is not clear if the old set of ByLaws apply, so there may not be any ByLaws as of 9/2018. They use FoxFire management and the grounds are kept well and the snow removal is very good. My unit is in a very quiet building with occupants around 65 years old on average. My neighbors are friendly and we often meet in the elevator or garage areas. Nice, quiet place to live. Storage areas for rent below the complex for about $277/month for a 25 x 10 unit, enough to keep a 1957 Chevrolet Belair or similar car.
