Duplex. 2 bd. 1 bth units. Front unit just remodelled with new insulation, all new kitchen with granite counters and porcelain tile floor. All new vinyl windows throughout, and added new sliding door where before there was just a window, every fixture in the house is new and new wiring throughout, and we added a skylight. We also reconfigured the hallway/kitchen wall and hallway making the kitchen and bathroom larger. So basically everything new in front unit except the studs. Back unit was updated sometime in the past 15 years. The rent Zestimates are far to low as of this writing 3/17/2017. The rear unit is worth $725.00 and the front unit should rent easilly for $800.00. We plan to do landscaping and exterior next.
