Charming, airy and and cozy, I call it an artist's beach retreat due to the style of decor. Two patios, the one in front filled with interesting plants and colorful flowers, fountain and "wildlife" (birds and squirrels). The kitchen patio is more private and is nice for a morning cup of coffee or reading a book with an iced drink on a summer afternoon. Improvements since I moved in are beautiful beachy-white hardwood floors throughout, brick patio and landscaping in front, and antique french doors off kitchen plus custome side light windows. The kitchen is a bit eclectic in that the counters are tile and glass and wood and glass and there's a huge farmers sink. Master bedroom is large with good sized walk in closet, and balcony, no master bath but adjacent bathroom has double sinks and is good sized. Other features are a fireplace in living room and built in bookcase in dining area, mirrored wall in dining area that makes living/dining area appear much larger.
