Bathroom is cozy, with standing shower and beautifully appointed with plenty of storage. Bedroom features a queen size bed with ample clothing storage, and access to a covered gravel patio through another set of sliding glass doors. There is additional storage in an unfinished closet that goes under the main house - completely closed in and secure, only accessible from inside the unit. Separate heating thermostat is in the living room. The unit is at the bottom of 2 flights of outdoor stairs and is the "bottom floor" of the main house - plenty of privacy from the main house with private entrance and no interior access. The backyard is directly off the deck from the unit, and is rarely used by the main house except for general maintenance. There is an existing garden bed that's available for use, in addition to two lemon trees and a grapefruit tree. The backyard is not fully enclosed, but very private. We're available to schedule in-person appointments or virtual appointments (FaceTime walk throughs) throughout the next few weeks. Available to move in as early as August 23rd.
