It's a multi family house of 4 apts.very quiet and private house.nice yard and patio, grill for the tenants to use.please call me instead of sending emails. Owner pays for water. Renters pay for electricity and gaz.Renter's to put garbage out weekly.monthly rent is due every 1st of the month.after seven of rent is not paid in full $125 fees will be added.Tenants can use backyard for barbecue but need the approval from landlord.
