Once approved, tenants must pay for the folowing: 1)- $4050 in security deposit which is refundable at the end of the lease term. 2)- A one-time payment of $250 to the Condo Association HOA for "Tenant Move-in Fee" 3)- A one-time payment of $50 to the Bloomfield Fire Department for "Certificate of occupancy" 4)- Tenants are responsible to get tenant insurance as required by NJ law 5)- Tenants are responsible to pay for their electric and gas utility bills on a monthly basis until the end of their lease. Lease terms: 1)- Lease Duration: Annual leases with an automatic lease renewal 2)- Pets: There are no pet fees; 2 pets (Cats or dogs) allowed; there is "40 pound" weight limit for dogs 3)- Utilities: Tenants pay for their electric and gas utilities. 4)- Limits on occupancy: up to 4 tenants may occupy the rental property. 5)- Overnights Stays: Visitors cannot stay for more than 2 nights per week otherwise they have to be added to the lease. 6)- Subletting: Subletting is prohibited 7)- Renters insurance: NJ requires all tenants to purchase tenant insurance. Close to NY bus/train station and only few minute away from NJMS/ Rutgers Medical School/Hospital, Clara Maass Hospital, East Orange Hospital, Saint Michael's Hospital, Sanitas Medical Center, Pediatria Hospital, and Silver Lake Hospital.
