No one has lived in this property since the very recent upgrades have been done. New washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator and carpets. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and hardwood floors. There is another working refrigerator in the garage. The backyard is large and there's a privacy fence between the two houses and a very nice patio. It is in a residential neighborhood. The furnace, hot water tank, air conditioner and roof are newer. Because of my situation, I require a filled out rental application before I arrange any showings. The next door tenant has lived there 20 years with only 3 small rental increases. Owner pays water, gas, electric and is responsible for yard maintenance and snow removal. If renter breaks owner owned properties in the house they pay to repair or replace them. There is no sub-letting the property. There is a list of rules and regulations to agree to and follow.
