This apartment is located on the first floor. It has recently been completely renovated. The location is right off of route 11 with lots of dining shopping and public transportation right outside the door. The little town of Farmington is located less than a half a mile away and hot water is included along with offstreet parking. Trash disposal is also on the property and we will plow, but we do not shovel. There was a nice little porch in the sun hits that spot directly in the morning and during most of the afternoon. We require security deposit and first month rent upon signing of a lease. The lease will be good for one full year and from that point you will go month-to month. Heat and hot water is included. Paying for electricity cable would be up to the renter. There are four other apartments in the building. We are looking for a non-smoker. You are responsible for shoveling your area and to your vehicle and to keep yourself in your guest safe.
