Apartment can come furnished or we can remove any unwanted furniture 3 story building on the outskirts of Kutztown Pennsylvania, right along the Saucony Creek. Across the street is the Kutztown Elementary school and we are very close to the middle school and high school. We are also about 50 yards from the public pool (close enough to walk, far enough so you don't hear!). All bedrooms have their own heating and A/C. Most studios have built in microwaves. Studios do not have washer/dryers nor dishwashers. Some apartments come furnished with leather couches. All apartments have a 45" Smart TV, basic cable and high speed internet included. Tenant pays electricity.
