This is a very desirable, safe, secure neighborhood. It's a short walk to Greeley Park & Charlotte Ave School, and our neighbors are the best in the world (seriously); a very safe, family-friendly community. There's even a preschool at the top of the street. When we moved into our house, one of our neighbors came to our front door in oven mitts with a piping-hot pumpkin pie. Not a joke. Awesome find, wish we could stay.
