22 wooded acres and small cabin on the south side of Keel Mountain in Gurley, Al. Premium deer hunting with other various game. The cabin was built in 2021 and is constructed of wood siding, metal doors and windows as well as a metal roof. The front has a double patio door that both sides open. Also a side door. The cabin is elevated on a steep grade. There is a wrap around deck/porch with two entrances. The walls are solid pine shiplap and the ceilings are tin. It is wired for electricity with lights and ceiling fan. No power available but I use a generator that is wired in and kept in a ventilated, insulated, and locked shed. There is a small wood stove downstairs that is more than enough heating but there is also a propane heater mounted on the wall downstairs. There are a few cabinets with a countertop for preparing meals. The downstairs floor is covered with vinyl wood look planks and the upstairs in carpeted. Upstairs access is by stairs inside the cabin. There is no running water in the cabin. The property is accessed from Blowing Cave Rd. which is a paved road. There is a long gravel driveway to the cabin from the gated entrance. It is very steep in places so I recommend a 4x4 to use for access.
