Battles Village is a beautiful well maintained neighborhood. The neighborhood has a community pool and playground. You are close to schools, downtown Fairhope and the Publix Grocery store will be opening soon. Our rental is in great condition and ready for you to move in. If you have a pet you will need to pay $350.00 in a deposit that is non-refundable. We love animals but we also know there can be accidents. The yard is not fenced. Our last renter used a cone that is set up for electric fencing. It worked great for her dog. If you want to install underground dog fencing you are more than welcome to do so. The lease is for one year.
