Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed, with a combined weight limit of 40lbs. Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds] are not allowed. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal.
