Garage has a car wash area with hose & basic supplies, VERY nice to have in these winters! Additional garage spaces are usually available for rent, arranged separately with the owner of that parking space, usually around $40-$55/mo. Add'l amenities: Indoor heated pool, hot tub, saunas. Courtyard with grills, smoker/grill, picnic tables. Game room/exercise room, party room. Please be ready to pull & provide a copy of your credit report. We'll need your driver's license & SSN for a criminal background check upon application, which is covered by the $100 application fee mentioned above. Neighborhood: We lived here for 8 years and LOVED the easy location at 169 & 394. Building adjoins a park with basketball court, bike path, playground, and more open green space. Kip's Irish Pub & Marriott hotel also adjoin the park, w great evening relaxation on the patio & winter hangout. 8 min. to Uptown or downtown Minneapolis (much quicker than living in Mpls), 4 min. drive to Hopkins Crossroad shopping ctr (restaurants, Trader Joe's & Caribou, 6 min to Ridgedale/Target etc. Restaurants, movie theater and shops around the block. Little jewel of a Russian grocery store if you're interested, and a shortcut to Cub Foods on Rte 55. One bus stop at our building, another at Ford Rd & Shelard Pkwy. Hopkins Crossroad Park & Ride close by. Option to decrease rent to $1300/mo with a 3-year contract. Move-in costs total $1000, including security deposit: - $200 move-in/out fees (charged to us by the condo assn, passed through) - $300 application fee (credit & criminal background checks) - Security is only $500, because I'm very careful about who I allow to rent my condo! Great people have lived here, with no real damage to speak of, and I expect the next great people to stick to that pattern.
