List your homeWe have the downstairs basement unit of our house a separate dwelling unit separated from the downstairs. We have a newly remodeled kitchen and new floors throughout. Wash/dryer in unit as well as 1 parking space. We are two blocks from the downtown Fremont neighborhood and a 10 minute drive to downtown. I am open for a 6 month or 12 month lease.
