(yes 8 !) large storage bins under the bed, a desk and comfy chair, and streaming TV with remote are also included. I have been a superhost with Airbnb since 2015- and I hope to keep it! I really enjoy meeting and helping my guests! Requirement: 90 days or more per HOA . Your studio is stocked with everything you need! The kitchenette includes a full size fridge, oven/range, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, toaster, silverware, glasses, Air Fryer. Your unit has an iron, and ironing board. All you need is to stock your food. Bedding and towels are provided. The washer and dryer are conveniently located on the first floor using a pre-paid wash card. Building Amenities GALORE! ~Full Gym, ~secure keyed mailbox, ~Assigned parking spot in the garage VERY close to your unit, ~locked bike room, ~security at the front desk, ~Huge quiet, community room with pool tables, comfy chairs, sofas, free books, with fireplace and WiFi. ~ Storage units in the basement are available for $99/mo. ~Your secure parking space is super close to the unit!! ~ the rooftop Seasonal Pool/jacuzzi are getting a facelift..hopefully ready for the upcoming season!. Cross fingers! Great location within walking distance to UNR, St Mary's, and the ROC. You can easily walk to shows, bars, and restaurants along the Truckee River and check out all the downtown events. So many festivals in hte summer, but always many fun things to do. . Be sure to scan the QR code on the fridge to `be in the know'. :) No pets, No smoking anywhere in the building or garage. The unit is cozy, but you can utilize the HUGE community room- with desks, comfy chairs anytime. Your studio is an end unit on the third floor in a quiet building with blackout blinds that operate on a remote- very helpful if you work at night or just like it dark. People in the building are friendly. You will feel safe here (security onsite) as everyone has to use a fob to get entrance into the building. We have security/concierge at the front desk most hours to answer questions or guide you to restaurants. Check-in and check-out are by keyless entry . My co-host will show you around and answer any questions. I am happy to answer any questions you might have during your stay. Call or text me anytime! PLEASE follow all instructions in the building - ie. you must break down boxes and put them in the container in the garage- not in the trash chute. All you pay is RENT! I pay the rest: HOA fees, gas, heat/AC, water, high-speed internet, sewer, taxes. THINGS TO DO IN RENO! ~June: Reno Rodeo -close to downtown ~July: Arts Month! So fun. Free and paid concerts all over! It's a need to do if here. ~August: Hot August Nights (6000 vintage cars come to Reno, oldies concerts Free! Also, the Greek Festival is fun too! ~September: Air Races, Street Vibrations, Hot Air Balloon Races ~October: Italian Festival OTHER THINGS TO DO ~Take a photo of the iconic "The biggest little city in the world " Sign ( on Virginia Street, two blocks away). Better yet- ask someone to take your photo. ~Search for wild horses- most wild horses in the US live here! I can give you tips where to go. ~Relive the area's wild gold-mining days with a trip to old Virginia City. This is one of my favorite places to go. Check out this cute old town, where you may sense ghosts of miners and see wild horses. ~Hike in the Sierra Nevada mountains (14 million years old) minutes from the condo. Check out the hiking book in the condo. Other Popular Attractions include: ~Incline Village at Lake Tahoe or Truckee town on the way to Tahoe. ~Take to the slopes on skis or snowboard at this world-class downhill ski resort in Lake Tahoe, Nevada. The village also offers excellent dining, nightlife, and casinos and you can bike ride when no snow! For more information, contact the Incline Village/Crystal Bay Visitors Bureau. ~National Automobile Museum (The Harrah Collection) The 105,000-square-foot facility features four exhibit galleries dedicated to the history of the automobile from the turn of the 20th century to the modern era. The museum also has a changing exhibits gallery, which displays a series of automotive-themed exhibits. Open daily except Thanksgiving and Christmas. mi. ~ Nevada's oldest museum (since 1904) includes more than 15,000 artifacts and works of art. Open: 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Mon.-Sat. 2 mi. Other Local Reno Activities Nevada Museum of Art - great exhibits. Walk along the Truckee River on the Riverwalk- take a left on Arlington and go four blocks. Rent a scooter! Explore downtown! Riverwalk and ride along the Truckee River, which connects Lake Tahoe to Pyramid Lake! Go to Pyramid Lake- gorgeous, on indigenous land, very serene. Take a train or drive to Truckee- near Lake Tahoe- A cute little artistic town with restaurants. Go to a Symphony or the theatre, check out the visitor information guides in the room, or go to for more info. ~ Or go to St Mary's Gym- a block away- great classes! You can get a free week. I love that gym! Three huge floors, classes, equipment, great people, sauna, steam, pool, jacuzzis. Check out the Wilbur D. May Arboretum in Rancho San Rafael Park ( just minutes from the condo). It's a lovely walk. You can hike to the `N' too. Enjoy Sparks Marina Aquatic Park Soak in Natural hot springs. Drive to Pyramid Lake - It's HUGE and gorgeous on Paiute Land. Visit the Black Rock Desert or The Hidden Caves. Ride the Carnival rides at Idlewild Park. Go to the Animal Park. You must visit Lake Tahoe- food, hikes, views.. the Lake! Rent a boat or a jet ski, take pictures.. or if it's winter, go skiing or snowboarding. I suggest driving to Truckee, having lunch, then on to Tahoe City for various views at Lake Tahoe, more shopping and wandering around if you want, and then heading back to Reno from Tahoe City. Check out the Shopping at various malls around town. I like Summit Mall best. Drive to Sacramento (SMF) 138 mi, or even San Francisco. Lease terms are 90 days or more. I require a one-month security deposit of $1510 and a $210 non-refundable professional cleaning fee at checkout. All utilities are provided at no cost to you, including high-speed internet, sewer, water, heat, AC, trash, and all amenities, secure garage parking in an assigned spot, fitness room, seasonal pool jacuzzi, 4th-floor deck with bbq, chairs, etc. in summer.
