Bankruptcies must be discharged for 3 years. Co-signers must meet all the criteria We do not allow Subletting, Company leasing, or Air B&B Applications are approved in completion order. An email determination letter will be sent to you within 24-48 hours. Lease start date must start within 14 days of the approved application
