One in front of the garage driveway and across from the garage marked spot 306. Common parking spots are available in front of the property near the sign "Gulf Walk" * No Visitors. Only the guests registered in the reservation are allowed. * The following activities are NOT allowed, - Smoking inside the house. - Sand is so difficult to clean up! Please please use the provided hose - sprayer to wash the sand from your feet prior to entering - Shoes on the 2nd floor. - Parties and events. - Fire hazard: Open flames or candles. - Food or drink inside the bedrooms. - Rearranging the furniture. * Pool hours are 8 am - 9 pm. No glass containers are allowed. * Please respect quiet hours 10 pm - 7 am. * Guests cannot bring firearms or any illegal drugs or items to the property. * Any damages to furniture might cause extra charges beyond the security deposit. * Please clean up after yourself and clean the dishes. * Please report any damages immediately. Pet Policies - * Guests are permitted one dog weighing 30 pounds or less and no taller than 15 inches unless the Host agrees in advance. * Must be healthy and up to date (required every 3 years) on rabies and DHPP (vaccines for Distemper, Adenovirus (Hepatitis), Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus). * Must be flea and tick-free and current on prevention treatment. * Always keep a leash outside the property and walk across from the property. * Guests will leave the pet unattended only inside the crate. * Guests are responsible for cleaning up the dog and please bring towels to clean your pet. * Dog waste bags are provided. Please bag and dispose of waste in the can outside the entry. * Guests will walk the dog away from the property area near the road to walk the dog to urinate and defecate. * A dog bed is provided and not allowed on the guest beds at any time. * Pet is not allowed on the second floor of the house in the carpeted area. * Please use the provided pet gate to prevent pets from entering the second floor.
