I am looking for someone to take over our lease for 2018-2019. This is a great place for college students. It is just 3 blocks from Purdue. 2 bedrooms come furnished with a bed and dresser, one has a desk and the other has a TV, there is also a couch in the living room as well. The TV, desk and couch are things we are giving to you when you take over our lease. If you would like the other 2 bedrooms to be furnished with a bed I can make that happen. All utilities paid with rent. THE RENT IS PER BEDROOM!
