We have unlimited gigabit speed internet that the tenants are welcome to use, with hard-wired connections throughout the upstairs to hook into, along with 5G Wi-Fi throughout the property. Tenants are welcome to paint any room in the unit. Smoking NOT allowed inside the house, but is allowed outside. Rent will be $1200/month. Utility bills will be split between the owners and tenants. (split will be discussed during interview process) We require during the interview that prospective tenants provide proof of income. First and last months rent will need to be paid up front. The owners live downstairs, and there is a door separating the staircase at the top that a lock can be put onto if desired. Tenants would have exclusive access to the front door, and the owners would use the back door/side gate to enter. The owners have a dog and a cat, but will be separate and not have access to the upstairs area. Owners will retain the garage, the shed in the back is for tenant use and can also have a padlock put on if desired. Parking includes half of the driveway, and street parking. Our home is located in a safe neighborhood, the PG pool is within walking distance, along with the Veterans Memorial park, REC Center, Pleasant Grove High School, nearby Churches, and Racket ball court across the street. Utilities will be split fairly between the owner and the tenant, will be discussed during interview process. (ex. one tenant will pay 30% of utilities, two tenants pay 50%, etc) Smoking indoors not permitted. Outside smoking is allowed. No Pets Allowed. Owners have a dog and a cat that will not have access to the upstairs unit. Driveway parking and street parking available.
