Greetings! We have a room coming available July 1st in our 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom apartment. It's in a fifth floor walk-up on 57th Street between 9th and 10th, we're the top floor so there's no noisy upstairs neighbors and we have easy roof access as well as a fabulous veranda (fire escape) with a wonderful view of the neighborhood.Your Bedroom is Appx 11' x 8'. Easily fits a full/queen size bed, and a dresser or desk. There's also a large closet and a window. There is an AC in there as well and new wood blinds covering the window. An HD DVR Box is also in your room for access to cable and DVR. Details:-Floor-thru, windows facing north, south and east.-Eat-in kitchen with a dining table and seating for four. Fully loaded with appliances and cookware. A Full-Sized Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove and Washer/Dryer unit. -Large, well-furnished living room w/ 55'' Samsung HDTV, PS3, Boxee, Cable+HBO and a library of books. -Secure wireless internet via two seperate ISPs, 50mbps down via Time Warner and 5mbps via Clear Wireless. (Brent's a nerd, so we have two)-Air Conditioning throughout-We don't have any pets and would prefer you not to, however if you have a small dog we might be able to make an exception. Definitely no cats. While I'm sure some of you might be wary of living with 3 other people, I doubt you've ever seen an apartment as large and comfortable as ours. Privacy is easily obtained here if you want it and there is more than enough space for everyone to enjoy themselves. With two full bathrooms, you'll only be sharing with one other person...and even then if that bathroom is occupied it's likely the other one is free. We have no hard-fast rules about sharing here. My only major concerns are with cleanliness and furnishings. We keep the apartment clean and like it that way, if you're a total slob we're probably not a good match.
