This is an end unit in the classic Lafferty Lakeside Motel of the 1950s and 1960s. The cinder block building retains much of its original charm and ease of maintenance. Unit #1 was remodeled in 2017 to create a modern, two bedroom, two bathroom lakeside condo with an exclusive patio and one assigned boat slip. The Lafferty Condo property has a white sand beach and a large lawn for recreation and relaxation. Severn families total in the HOA. This unit has three parking spaces.
