This is a home I have owned since 2006 as a rental property and since then the area has really improved. There are basically new houses or redone houses in every direction. House has recently had new carpet and paint. In 2011 had the majority of plumbing was redone underneath home and from home to street. Additional insulation was added in 2012. I currently have the property with a leasing company, so if you are interested in seeing the property please let me know. It has been a great little rental at $550 a month.
