Situated on the shores of the 2,000-acre crystal-clear Green Lake, surrounded by state parks, nature preserves, and the renowned Interlochen Arts Academy, the Lazy Lodge offers a tranquil retreat perfect for swimming, fishing, and boating. Just minutes away from Traverse City, Crystal Mountain Ski and Golf Resort, Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park, wineries, concert halls, casinos, and golf courses, there's no shortage of activities to enjoy. Owner pays for water & septic. Tenant pays for electric, cable, internet and any snow removal. Lease runs through April 30th.
