    Two bedroom two bathroom house in a quiet Sunnyside neighborhood with a HUGE Yard. The house has one full bath and a 3/4 bath (stand up shower), a washing machine and dryer, and central air. One larger bedroom and one smaller bedroom that can be used as a bedroom or an office or guest room. The kitchen has recently been redone with new appliances, including oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave. The yard is huge and fenced in, and the home has a doggie door already installed. There is a detached two car garage with plenty of storage space, as well as a driveway that can fit 1-2 cars. Lease term of 1 year (generally but can be flexible for longer), with a flexible starting date for the right candidate (current tenants move out at the end of March but I am having a few improvements done in the beginning of April). Deposit is one month's rent, with additional $500 deposit for a pet. Rent is $3,000/month with an additional $50/month if you have a pet. All pets must be approved, and generally only one pet allowed, but will consider on a case by case basis. No cigarette smoking allowed. If you are interested, please set up a time to take a tour, do not disturb current tenants. Owner pays up to $50/month for water. If it exceeds $50/month, landlord will charge tenant for additional amount. Pet rent of $50/mo, additional $500 deposit required. Generally only one pet allowed, however two may be considered if they are small. Must be approved on case by case basis. No cigarette smoking. Tenant is responsible for lawn care (house has sprinkler system) and snow clearing. If you would like to use installed security system, the cost is $32/month for the monitoring service.
