Very quiet area with the Rio Grande behind the property and plenty of stars at night. Unit has a kitchenette, which includes a sink, fridge, convection burner, large toaster oven and microwave. Laundry is available inside our backdoor. You can park right outside the casita. There is a large shed where you can store a bike, suitcases, etc. Must be an animal lover. We have two dogs, who do have access at times to the fully fenced property. They are very friendly, but usually prefer to be in our house. They do not have access to the full property when we are not home. We do keep the gate to the property closed at all times. We are pet friendly. Short-term lease for starters, with option to sign a year lease if all parties feel it's a good fit! We are open to someone who would prefer it not furnished, and in that case would discuss a different rent amount.
