Nestled in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood, our home offers comfort and convenience, just minutes away from the Mall of Georgia, Lake Lanier, Suwanee, the Sugarhill wedding venue (Ashton Gardens), and the interstate. Our home features: - **Outdoor Space A lovely backyard with seating, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. Plus, a cornhole game for fun competition! - **Outdoor Grill A convenient poolside gas grill, perfect for barbecues and outdoor dining. - **Cozy Living Area A comfortable living room, a big-screen smart TV, and a real wood-burning fireplace, perfect for movie nights. Board games are also available for family fun :) - **Fully-Equipped Kitchen A modern kitchen with all essentials for preparing delicious meals, along with a variety of coffee and tea choices. - **3 Bedrooms Comfortable and cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep for up to 6 guests. An extra queen-size air mattress is available for 2 additional guests. -- **Private Pool (seasonal) Enjoy a refreshing dip in your own deep private pool, ideal for cooling off on warm days and quality family time. - **Massive Driveway A large driveway that can fit up to 5 cars, perfect for bringing your boat! **Nearby Attractions Centrally located to many attractions, including: - Margaritaville at Lanier Islands - Sugarhill E-center - Suwanee Town Center - Mall of Georgia - Buford Dam Park at Lake Lanier - Numerous family-friendly restaurants and cafes Other things to note -You have full, private access to the main floor of the house, the backyard, and the private pool. The basement is the only exception. -Pool is available seasonally April through October only. Outside of the season, it will be winterized, and the pool fence door will be locked for safety. -The house is surrounded by scenic trees, so leaves may fall into the pool. We clean the pool before your arrival, but wind may cause debris. An automated skimmer robot and a manual skimmer net are provided. We recommend placing the robot in the pool while nobody is swimming. -The outdoor grill uses natural gas. Please do not use charcoal as it will damage the burners. -The pool water is not heated. -The smart Fire TV offers multiple streaming apps. Please log into your account and remember to log out before you leave. -For your security and per insurance requirements, we have cameras around the house, positioned to view the front, side, and backyard, with no view inside the house. -To ensure the highest quality of stay, the landscaping team comes out every Monday/Tuesday to mow the lawn, trim bushes, blow leaves etc. -The pool is serviced by a pool technician every Friday/Saturday. They will enter through the backyard door and introduce themselves as such. They will clean and test the water chemistry. The pool should be safe to swim in within 15 minutes unless otherwise noted by the pool technician. -Trash collection takes place every Friday morning. For collection, both black lid containers must be placed at the bottom of the driveway Thursday evening.
