Quiet community boasts plenty of parking and a beautiful small pool. Lease: 12-month lease minimum. $1,150/mo Utilities: The only utility tenant sets up is electricity. Additional monthly fee of $100 payable to landlord covers cold water/hot water, gas, trash and common area maintenance. Pets: Up to 1 pet of up to 50 pounds allowed. Pet fee is $40 a month with a non-refundable deposit of $200. Additional pet related requirements may apply and management reserves the right to make exceptions or accept or deny any pets. Please contact us for any specific questions or concerns. Application and deposit: Each adult will be required to submit a complete application. We don't charge an application fee. The monthly combined income requirement is 3x the monthly rent rate. Deposit is $1150 if approved without conditions. This deposit will be held in accordance with Texas law and may be used to cover any damages beyond normal wear and tear or unpaid rent at the end of the lease term. Rental History, Credit and criminal background checks: Prospective tenants must provide information on their rental history, including current and previous landlords, contact information, and the length of stay at each rental property. We will contact past landlords for references. In addition, we screen all applicants through a credit and criminal check to assess applicants' background and creditworthiness. While we understand that some applicants may have less than perfect credit, a history of evictions or recent bankruptcies, or certain criminal convictions may lead to the rejection of the application. Absolutely no smoking inside the unit. Parking for up to 2 vehicles included.
