I love the back patio of this house. There is a great view of the lake and Meyer Park. There are no neighbors behind you. The house has a great open floorplan with 4 BR and 2 BA. The Master Bedroom looks out at the park and the lake. The front BR has a big window looking out at Western Lake making it great for either a home office or a bedroom. The house is close to all the Teravista Community pools, parks, gyms, clubhouses, and golf. TeraVista has great schools. There are lots of community clubs and events. Dogs are welcome. We will consider a 6-month lease at a higher rental price. The previous tenant has moved out and the house is being painted and cleaned. We will post updated pictures and descriptions soon.
