Outside, there's a lovely private patio area with a firepit and BBQ area, and table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or a relaxing evening under the stars. The cottage is located just a 5-minute drive from the beach, or a short 3-block walk/bike from the Capitola bluffs where you can enjoy swimming, surfing, and sunbathing. You'll also find a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking/biking distance to Capitola Village or Pleasure Point. Overall, this charming cottage is the perfect place for families or a group of friends looking for a comfortable and private retreat in one of Capitola's most desirable neighborhoods.
