Two blocks from bus stop, short walk to parks ( Martin Park and Tantra Park) and trails, minutes from shopping center and schools. Large storage or work shed with loft and enclosed bike shed/storage shed Amazing neighbors, great community, perfect for a family. We have always had a good relationship with our tenants, and hope to continue that. We would like to know as soon as possible if there is a problem with anything in the home or on property so we can correct it. Our quiet neighborhood is a close community with respect for others. NO SMOKING of any kind allowed in home or on property. Renter is responsible for utilities (excel energy, water and sewer, Western Disposal). First and last month's rent plus security deposit due upon signing lease. Driveway has room for three vehicles, garage is for storage. We strongly prefer no pets, but would consider one fully house trained well behaved small dog with a damage deposit of $1000 and additional monthly fee of $75. Renters are responsible for any damage caused by a dog. Rent is due on the first day of the month. Renters are responsible for watering front yard and watering and mowing back yard.
